Amy C. Chang

San Diego, CA

Amy Chang is a recognized strategic expert in the healthcare staffing industry. She was previously the VP of Strategy & Investor Relations for AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN) where she oversaw strategic planning, investor relations and operations analysis. After AMN, Amy served as Healthcare Analyst for the Staffing Industry Analysts, and has been a Legacy Award winner and speaker for NATHO. She is currently an advisor to multiple staffing companies and board member of privately-held companies.



Barry Asin

Buffalo, NY

A leading authority on workforce solutions worldwide, Barry Asin is renowned for his expertise on staffing and contingent labor. He served as Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) president from 2010 through 2024 with overall responsibility for the company’s global strategy, operations and growth. Asin has been with the company since 2003, where he previously led the team responsible for SIA’s award-winning research and content. As chief analyst he continues to focus on developing SIA’s thought leadership, conference content, long-term strategy and product development.


Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum

Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum is a trusted strategic advisor to her clients, with whom she partners to navigate challenges and opportunities alike. Sarah is a national expert in the staffing industry and leads Akerman’s Staffing Law Sector team, which assists staffing firms across sectors in avoiding and resolving disputes, complying with regulations, and transacting business.



Anthony D. Sbardellati

Anthony Sbardellati focuses his practice on defending class action, FLSA collective, and PAGA lawsuits, while also regularly advising clients on compliance with wage, hour, and related laws and regulations. Anthony’s practice is particularly focused on the staffing industry, which has given him broad exposure to the multitude of unique issues facing staffing companies on a daily basis.   • Each member company receives two complimentary employee registrations. Each additional member company employee will be $250. 
  • Online registration closes on April 22, 2025!
  • Onsite registration is $290.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If a registrant cancels after April 22nd, they will forfeit 50% of the registration fee.
  • If a registrant cancels within three days of the event, they forfeit the entire registration fee.
  • No-shows will forfeit the entire registration fee
