Amy C. Chang, MBA is a recognized strategic expert in the healthcare staffing industry. From 2009-2016, Amy was VP of Strategy & Investor Relations for AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN), the nation’s largest publicly-traded healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company, during which time its market cap grew from $220 million to over $1.3 billion. After joining AMN in 2002, she led the strategic planning, operations analysis and market research functions, and also served in interim operational leadership roles. Amy also served as Healthcare Analyst for the Staffing Industry Analysts from 2018 to 2020 and currently serves as an advisor for multiple staffing companies. Her career reflects a demonstrated track record of leading strategic initiatives focused on growth, building scalable operating models, M&A and integration planning. She began her career as a CPA with KPMG and holds BS and MBA degrees from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.  

Earl Dalton, Chief Nursing Officer at Health Carousel, brings over 20 years of acute hospital experience to the team. Dalton provides guidance and best practices from his vast experience to help create the best nursing experience possible. In a new era of healthcare where nothing is more important than the patient experience, Health Carousel gains the knowledge and expertise of a patient experience expert. Dalton was published in Customer Care News for innovation in customer experience in 2015. As a testament to his leadership, Dalton was invited to speak to a national audience at the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses on “innovative transformational leadership” in October of 2012. Prior to joining Health Carousel, Dalton worked for Tri-Health Systems, a 320-bed acute care facility, as the Director of Emergency Services, where he won a Lantern Award for exceptional practice and innovation in an emergency department setting.

Terim Dortch, MSN, RN, joined Medical Solutions in 2018. Terim manages a large performance management and clinical services team of nurse managers who interview and oversee the performance of several thousand contingent clinicians working in facilities nationwide. Terim also meets with facility partners to develop an understanding of their hiring expectations and provides insights into onboarding policies for facility partners. Currently, she is co-vice chair of the Clinical Executive Committee for the healthcare travel industry and co-authored a paper to call to action a National Compact License. Prior to joining Medical Solutions, Terim worked as the Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Supervisor at a major Magnet pediatric trauma facility in Omaha, NE. A former travel nurse herself, she is also an experienced pediatric trauma and Med/Surg nurse leader. Terim received her MSN-nurse executive from Nebraska Methodist College and BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center-Lincoln.

JoEllen Ryan is the Chief Nursing Officer of Theodore Drew & Associates. JoEllen is the CNO of Healthcare Staffing Hire, a division of Theodore Drew & Associates. She worked for Joint Commission as a Healthcare Staffing and Disease Specific reviewer for 16 years. JoEllen was a  Nursing Instructor at Northern Illinois university, retiring after 20 years in 2019. Currently, she holds a prn  position in a Pediatric Unit at Swedish American Hospital. A co-owner and President  of ABC Staffing until 2000. Previous to teaching at the university JoEllen was a manager of a Pediatric and PICU in Rockford Illinois. She currently is the Founder/President of Latortuga Foundation , which has coordinated at least yearly a medical mission trip to assist the Mayan communities in Chiapas, Mexico.

Melissa Knybel, BSN, RN is the VP of Clinical Practice within Randstad's risk management team, supporting all field branches and operations as they relate to workplace safety, quality, and risk within healthcare environments. As the clinical expert, she provides support during the sales & client engagement process with clients looking to Randstad to support their clinical and non-clinical staffing needs. Prior to joining Randstad, Melissa was employed as a Registered Nurse working in a variety of settings. She has over ten years of clinical experience, primarily in the critical care setting and currently serves on the board of NATHO as well as on NATHO's Clinical Executive Committee. Additionally, she is one of the education coordinators for TravCon (Travelers Education Group) and serves on the TravCon conference planning committee. 

Craig Meier is Chief Executive Officer of Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest providers of total workforce solutions in the healthcare industry. His employee-driven and servant leadership approach has helped guide Medical Solutions to top spots on SIA’s largest healthcare staffing and fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms lists, ‘Best Places to Work’ designations in each company location, as well as being named consecutively to the Inc. 5000 list. In 2018, Meier led company efforts alongside partner TPG Growth to acquire PPR and 360 Healthcare Staffing, a provider of travel nurse staffing and interim leadership for acute and post-acute markets. In 2019, Medical Solutions acquired C&A Industries, one of the most respected staffing and recruitment firms in the country, which includes healthcare staffing company Aureus Medical Group among its portfolio of workforce solutions. It represented the largest acquisition in healthcare staffing industry history. Meier is a past president and past member of the board of directors of NATHO.

Bill Morgan joined Jackson Nurse Professionals as President in April 2018. With more than 20 years of staffing experience, Morgan directs and shapes the recruitment and business development strategies of Jackson Nurse Professionals, a nurse staffing company that partners with over 500 healthcare facilities nationwide to prevent staffing shortages. Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professional, Morgan served as a healthcare staffing leader with several national companies. He previously served as President of HCS Healthcare and Vice President of Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare. He has also served as Executive Director Global Solutions Sales at CDI Corporation, Director of Global Sales at Employment Technologies Corp., Vice President of Solutions at Tandem Staffing and Vice President of National Accounts at Spherion Corporation.

Bart Valdez is Chief Executive Officer of CCRR, Inc; the parent of the combined healthcare staffing platforms comprised of Fastaff, LLC;; trustaff Management, LLC; and U.S. Nursing Corporation. Bart Valdez served as Chief Executive Officer for Fastaff and U.S. Nursing from April 2019 to March of 2020. In his short time with the company, he commanded unprecedented revenue growth, doubling the size of the business by implementing key strategic measures for long-term growth. During his tenure at Fastaff and U.S. Nursing, Valdez invested in key areas which galvanized growth. In his first year, the company exceeded revenue growth by greater than three times the industry average, ranking the company among the Staffing Industry Analysts Top 100 Staffing Firms for 2019.  In his second year, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Valdez successfully led swift operational maneuvers and investments that enabled the company to quickly and expertly fulfill an unprecedented surge in demand for experienced nurses in more than 400 facilities across 45 states.

Steve Wehn Vice President, Government and Community Relations is a long term AMN employee since 1992. He spent his first 14 years with the company in the Nurse and Allied Client Sales and Services Department as Senior Vice President where he traveled extensively and was able to sell to and development many of the client facilities.The current stage of Mr. Wehn's AMN career now is in community and corporate development work where he represents the company with many of AMN's external stakeholders including non-profits, associations, and community & political leaders.
